Hard work beats talent any day
My sister is working very hard to prepare for her high school basketball season, she did not play well during her freshmen year - in August she’ll be a sophomore. She have many weakness in her game and I try to help her as much as I can. I like her way of thinking, that hard work beats talent any day and that’s what kept her going every single practice. She did well in school academically (she’s an honor student) yet she still manage to keep her athletic life going. I’m very proud of her and kudos to my wife for helping me to raise her - and a little pat on the shoulder to myself……
